Boiled in Brooklyn

Kate and I decided to use our stoop sale as a testing ground of sorts for our boiled peanut concept.  We made two batches, one was the traditional sea salt and water recipe and in the other we added a blend of cayenne, old bay, and garlic.  We also made a batch of homemade, dark chocolate chunk cookies (based on my mom's recipe) and brewed some complimentary sweet tea.
